1. Subscription Terms
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription (“Subscription”).
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annual), depending on the selected plan.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Updated pricing will apply only to future billing cycles.
2. Automatic Renewal
All Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
By maintaining an active Subscription, you explicitly authorize recurring charges.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in automatic billing for the next period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You are solely responsible for managing your Subscription.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation prevents future charges only
- No refunds are provided for unused time
- Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period
Important:
- Account deletion does not cancel your Subscription
- Non-use of the Service does not constitute cancellation
- Requests to cancel after renewal do not qualify for a refund
4. Payments and Billing Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
We are not responsible for failed payments caused by:
- Expired or invalid payment methods
- Insufficient funds
- Banking restrictions or declines
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.
You remain responsible for any unpaid charges.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a limited 30-day money-back guarantee under strict conditions.
Refunds are available only for first-time Subscription purchases and must be requested within 30 calendar days from the original transaction date.
Refund requests must include:
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Evidence demonstrating a material defect or failure of the Service
- Sufficient information for us to investigate the claim
We do not guarantee refunds and reserve full discretion in evaluating all requests.
6. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A refund may be granted only if:
- The request is submitted within 30 days
- The purchase is the first and only Subscription purchase for the account
- The Service was materially defective or unusable
- The user has not engaged in excessive or abusive usage
We may request additional information before making a decision.
7. Strict Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial use or dissatisfaction without a verifiable technical issue
- Claims based on misunderstanding of features available on the website
- High or excessive usage of the Service prior to the request
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Payments made through third-party platforms (unless required by law)
8. Anti-Abuse Policy
We strictly prohibit abuse of the refund system.
We reserve the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, or permanently restrict access if we detect:
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts
- Attempts to bypass payment systems or pricing
- Excessive usage followed by refund requests
- Any fraudulent or manipulative behavior
We may use automated and manual systems to detect abuse.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered a violation of this Policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the account immediately
- Block future access to the Service
- Provide evidence to payment providers to dispute the claim
10. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, we may issue refunds outside of this Policy at our sole discretion.
Such exceptions do not establish any precedent or obligation for future refunds.
